In addition, there is 60 m² of living space in the smaller house & two floors available for communal or public use.

Several meadows, a terrace with a fireplace, flower beds, a shed and numerous trees can be found on the property.

6 to 8 bedrooms

There are currently 6 rooms available for occupancy in the large house. However, this could easily become 8 and there is also room in the small house.
1 pitch for a caravan

There is space for a caravan or several tents on the even meadow.
Hot water, heating, no wifi

Although the plumbing is in need of renovation, it is already comfortable to live in the house. There is no Wi-Fi (yet). But thanks to 5G, hotspots are no big deal.

Purchase price paid

With the help of a market value appraisal, we agreed on the sales value. The purchase agreement was signed in April 2024 and the purchase price was transferred to the previous owners.

The kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped. In some rooms there are at least beds and a few wardrobes. There is a comfortable sofa in the living room.
Renovation from summer 2024

Together with an architect's office, we are planning the renovation in two large sections: private and public areas. Water and heating pipes, insulation, internet connection, new windows, basement extension and accessibility are at the top of the list.
