Structure<\/span><i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fa-toggle fas fa-angle-right\"><\/i><\/div><div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2271\" class=\"eael-accordion-content clearfix\" data-tab=\"1\" aria-labelledby=\"1-struktur\"><ul><li>Wir sind eine Hausgruppe, die sich seit 2022 zusammengefunden hat, mit dem Gedanken gemeinschaftliches Leben und Gemeinwesenarbeit zu verbinden. Alle Menschen, die in dem Haus wohnen, bilden zusammen den Mosaik-Haus SOE e.V.. Dieser soll in Zukunft Teil des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.syndikat.org\/\">Mietsh\u00e4user Syndikat<\/a> werden. Bis zum angestrebten Beteiligungsbeschluss sind wir als Initiative &#8222;Mosaik-Haus&#8220; Mitglied im Syndikat.<\/li><li>We would also like to make some of the rooms in the house available to other people. If you would like to use them, please send us a request.<\/li><li>With our cultural association, which is yet to be founded, we also want to be more than just a place where people live together. We want to realise different projects and offers - for the young and the old and everyone in between. Im Gegensatz zum Privateigentum wird das Haus somit dem Immobilienmarkt als Spekulationsobjekt entzogen. So bleiben die Mieten langfristig konstant. Damit wird das Recht auf bezahlbaren Wohnraum gest\u00e4rkt. Zudem sind wir nicht von profitorientierten Vermieter*innen abh\u00e4ngig. Stattdessen kann der Wohnraum und das Zusammenleben von den Hausbewohner*innen selbstbestimmt gestaltet werden.<\/li><li>We want to bring this place to life together and support each other. Against a tendency towards isolation in society, it is important to us to live together in solidarity.<\/li><li>One of the biggest assets of the house is certainly its beautiful natural surroundings in the Saxon Switzerland. We deliberately chose this place because we like hiking, bouldering, climbing and spending a lot of time in nature. During our childhood in rural areas, we wished for more offers where we could have experienced self-efficacy. This house should be such a place for us. Moreover, as a space, it represents a resource that we can and want to share with people.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"eael-accordion-list\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"3-werte\" class=\"elementor-tab-title eael-accordion-header\" tabindex=\"0\" data-tab=\"3\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2273\"><span class=\"eael-advanced-accordion-icon-closed\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fa-accordion-icon fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"eael-advanced-accordion-icon-opened\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fa-accordion-icon fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"eael-accordion-tab-title\">3. Values<\/span><i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fa-toggle fas fa-angle-right\"><\/i><\/div><div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2273\" class=\"eael-accordion-content clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" aria-labelledby=\"3-werte\"><ul><li>Wir w\u00fcnschen uns eine Gesellschaft, in der alle Menschen ihr Leben nach ihren Bed\u00fcrfnissen gestalten k\u00f6nnen, ohne dabei diese Freiheit bei anderen einzuschr\u00e4nken. Wir w\u00fcnschen uns, dass Menschen selbstreflektiert und achtsam in Bezug auf sich, ihre Umwelt und ihre Mitmenschen leben, sodass Formen der Unterdr\u00fcckung und Diskriminierung sowie Ungleichheitsverh\u00e4ltnissen entgegengewirkt wird. In dieser Gesellschaft stehen nicht der Markt oder das Kapital und die zugrundeliegende Tauschlogik (&#8222;ich bekomme nur, wenn ich geben kann&#8220;) im Mittelpunkt. Stattdessen sollen alle Menschen mit all ihren angeborenen und erworbenen Eigenschaften und Merkmalen die Gesellschaft gleichberechtigt mitgestalten k\u00f6nnen. In dieser herrschaftsfreien Gesellschaft leben wir selbstbestimmt und solidarisch zusammen. Wertsch\u00e4tzung beruht dabei nicht auf Leistung.<\/li><li>We try to practise this kind of society in the house together with the people who live and work there. Therefore, no discriminatory statements, actions or events should take place in our house. We reserve the right to make use of our right of domicile in this case.<\/li><li>Also within the house group, we strive to reflect on our own internalised forms of discrimination and to combat them. In order to achieve this, we take time for further training, processes of self and group reflection and an open approach to criticism.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"eael-accordion-list\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"4-umgang-mit-konflikten\" class=\"elementor-tab-title eael-accordion-header\" tabindex=\"0\" data-tab=\"4\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2274\"><span class=\"eael-advanced-accordion-icon-closed\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fa-accordion-icon fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"eael-advanced-accordion-icon-opened\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fa-accordion-icon fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"eael-accordion-tab-title\">4. Dealing with conflicts<\/span><i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fa-toggle fas fa-angle-right\"><\/i><\/div><div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2274\" class=\"eael-accordion-content clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" aria-labelledby=\"4-umgang-mit-konflikten\"><ul><li>We all try to look out for each other and take on the responsibility for sensitive and empathetic coexistence. We are aware that conflicts are a normal part of living and working together and try to deal with them constructively. To this end, we have developed a concept for conflict resolution, which may be revised and expanded on a regular basis as we live together.<\/li><li>Through constant and open communication, we try to prevent conflicts from becoming too entrenched. Our goal is to address existing conflicts as early as possible, to deal with them in a transparent way and to find out what the underlying needs of the conflicts are.<\/li><li>In regular plenaries, issues of living together are discussed and decisions are made on the basis of consensus. In this way, everyone's needs are taken into account and given space. This also applies to people outside the house group. We are open to criticism and want to work together to find solutions in conflicts with external parties. In addition to the weekly organisational plenaries, topics of emotional well-being and togetherness have a fixed place in the monthly social plenary.<\/li><li>We have developed internal strategies and methods of conflict resolution. If we cannot resolve conflicts within the house group, we seek external support.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"eael-accordion-list\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"5-zugang-barrierefreiheit\" class=\"elementor-tab-title eael-accordion-header\" tabindex=\"0\" data-tab=\"5\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2275\"><span class=\"eael-advanced-accordion-icon-closed\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fa-accordion-icon fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"eael-advanced-accordion-icon-opened\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fa-accordion-icon fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"eael-accordion-tab-title\">5. Access &amp; accessibility<\/span><i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fa-toggle fas fa-angle-right\"><\/i><\/div><div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2275\" class=\"eael-accordion-content clearfix\" data-tab=\"5\" aria-labelledby=\"5-zugang-barrierefreiheit\"><ul><li>In our society, people are excluded from spaces due to various visible and invisible barriers. We want to make our house as accessible as possible for all people. To achieve this, various forms of discrimination must be perceived, reflected upon and dismantled so that they are not reproduced.<\/li><li>We are aware that both we as a group and the building produce exclusions in various areas. We strive to gradually reduce this as much as possible and welcome suggestions, criticism and proposals.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"eael-accordion-list\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"6-umweltschutz-klimagerechtigkeit\" class=\"elementor-tab-title eael-accordion-header\" tabindex=\"0\" data-tab=\"6\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2276\"><span class=\"eael-advanced-accordion-icon-closed\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fa-accordion-icon fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"eael-advanced-accordion-icon-opened\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fa-accordion-icon fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"eael-accordion-tab-title\">6. Environmental protection &amp; climate justice<\/span><i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fa-toggle fas fa-angle-right\"><\/i><\/div><div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2276\" class=\"eael-accordion-content clearfix\" data-tab=\"6\" aria-labelledby=\"6-umweltschutz-klimagerechtigkeit\"><ul><li>Against the backdrop of human-induced climate change and the destruction of nature, we at Mosaik-Haus place a special focus on our environment and local nature. When it comes to construction measures, we strive to use sustainable raw materials. In addition, we want to use renewable energy sources whenever possible.<\/li><li>We would like to design the garden in a nature-oriented way. In addition, we treat the natural spaces around us with respect and want our visitors to do the same.<\/li><li>We also seek to reflect on our consumer choices. When possible, we support collectively and sustainably organised producers and projects. We live vegan for the most part. This also includes that we do not keep \"farm animals\" in the house project. We do not see living beings as commodities. Therefore, we usually exclude the acquisition of so-called \"pets\" from profit-oriented places.<\/li><li>At the same time, an intersectional perspective is important to us. This means that different forms of discrimination work together. For example, not all people have the financial means to buy socially and ecologically sustainable products. Instead of stopping at criticising the consumer behaviour of individuals, we also want to look at underlying systemic and structural issues.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"eael-accordion-list\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"7-entscheidungsfindung\" class=\"elementor-tab-title eael-accordion-header\" tabindex=\"0\" data-tab=\"7\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2277\"><span class=\"eael-advanced-accordion-icon-closed\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fa-accordion-icon fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"eael-advanced-accordion-icon-opened\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fa-accordion-icon fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"eael-accordion-tab-title\">7. In this way, everyone's needs and opinions are included equally.<\/li><li>We do not try to assert our own interests in competition with each other. Instead, solutions are sought that all participants can support. Here, too, we strive to reflect on group dynamics in order to counteract hierarchies.<\/li><li>The results of the debate we had on the topic were recorded in our decision-making concept.<\/li><li>The plenaries of the house group take place weekly. For every 3 organisational plenaries, there is a social plenary. Wie &#8211; das erarbeiten wir aktuell noch.<\/li><li>Wir verpflichten uns dazu, in Zukunft den Solibeitrag an das Mietsh\u00e4usersyndikat zu zahlen, sobald der Beteiligungsbeschluss gefasst wurde. Dadurch sollen andere Projekte unterst\u00fctzt und die Kosten des Syndikats gedeckt werden.<\/li><li>Da wir nicht das n\u00f6tige Eigenkapital besitzen, sind wir auf die finanzielle Unterst\u00fctzung durch Nachrangdarlehen und Spenden angewiesen.
